Merchandise Terms of Service

This Merchandise Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, fulfillment, and delivery of physical merchandise sold on jmswellness.com (“Site”), owned and operated by [JMS Wellness], a California-based business (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing any physical merchandise through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Third-Party Fulfillment

All merchandise orders are printed, processed, and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful, Inc.
This means:

  • Printful handles product production, packaging, and shipping.

  • Orders may be shipped from various fulfillment centers depending on your location.

We do not hold inventory or directly manage the printing or shipment process.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Time: Average delivery takes 3–10 business days for domestic orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

  • Shipping Carrier: Printful selects the shipping carrier and provides tracking once your item ships.

  • International Orders: International shipping is available, but delivery times may vary. Customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our merchandise is made-to-order through a third-party provider, we only accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or design)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products received more than 14 days ago

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (please review the size chart before ordering)

How to request a return/refund:
Contact us at support@jmswellness.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If your return is approved, Printful will either issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion. You may not be required to return the item.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as Printful begins processing immediately. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. California Consumer Rights

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to the following under the California Civil Code Section 1789.3:

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products. All merchandise is offered “as-is” with no warranties beyond those provided by Printful.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Merchandise TOS at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
