A health coach focuses on education, guidance, and behavior change rather than diagnosis or treatment. I help you interpret functional lab results, implement diet and lifestyle changes, and advocate for yourself in medical settings.
-
I use functional lab tests like gut microbiome analysis, mineral and nutrient assessments and comprehensive blood work to uncover root-cause imbalances. These tests go deeper than standard labs and help connect the dots between your symptoms and underlying dysfunction.
However, I only offer personalized lab testing as part of my 1:1 coaching experience after completing the Soil to Self program. This ensures you’ve already built strong foundational habits—so your results are more accurate, and your healing plan is more effective.

No, I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication. Instead, I help you understand your body better, make informed decisions, and work alongside your healthcare providers for a well-rounded approach to wellness.
-
Definitely! I encourage collaboration with medical professionals and can help you ask the right questions, interpret results, and complement medical treatments with holistic support.

Most of my clients come to me after years of trial-and-error—burned out from supplements that didn’t work, exhausted by conflicting advice, and fed up with doctors who don’t listen.
That’s why I created the Soil to Self program — a structured, food-first foundation that reconnects you to your body and helps you finally make sense of your symptoms. This is the required first step before working with me 1:1.
The group program starts at $1197 ($997 if you joined the waitlist), and 1:1 coaching is available after completing Soil to Self, starting at $497 and ranging up to $4997, depending on your needs, goals, and testing options.
Flexible payment plans are available to keep this work accessible.

Unfortunately, functional or holistic nutrition coaching is usually considered an out-of-pocket service, though you may be able to use HSA/FSA funds. Your insurance can typically cover the cost of blood labs but it depends on your insurance provider.
-
It depends on your individual situation, but many clients start noticing improvements in energy, digestion, and overall well-being within a few weeks. Long-term healing often requires 3–6 months or more of consistent lifestyle adjustments.
-
Nope. We don’t do fad diets, fear-based food rules, or cutting out entire food groups just because it’s trending.
Instead, we focus on reconnecting with your body and identifying what actually works for you. That means emphasizing whole, nutrient-dense foods, reducing processed and inflammatory ingredients, and only eliminating foods when there’s a clear reason—like a reaction or allergy based on symptoms.
You’ll gain the context behind the choices, so instead of feeling overwhelmed by trends or guilted into one-size-fits-all restriction, you’ll feel clear, confident, and excited to eat real food again.
This is about nourishment, not restriction. We build a way of eating that supports your health and your lifestyle long term.

But my work is deeply rooted in helping people reconnect with local food systems, seasonal rhythms, and health freedom here in the U.S. Because so much of what I teach is tied to American agriculture, food access, and functional testing logistics, I’ve chosen to focus my one-on-one services on U.S.-based clients.
This allows me to serve more intentionally, more effectively, and without compromising the depth of support I provide.
If you're outside the U.S., you're still welcome to explore my digital products and join any group or membership programs like Soil to Self— just keep in mind that much of the content is created through an American lens.

I only offer 1:1 coaching to clients who have completed the Soil to Self program.
Once you’ve built a strong foundation through the group, we can dive deeper with personalized support.
From there, we create a tailored action plan—and I guide you through regular sessions to refine, troubleshoot, and continue your healing journey. You can join the waitlist here for the next group session!
