Your Questions, Answered!

  • A health coach focuses on education, guidance, and behavior change rather than diagnosis or treatment. I help you interpret functional lab results, implement diet and lifestyle changes, and advocate for yourself in medical settings.

  • I use functional lab tests like gut microbiome analysis, functional blood panels, hormone panels, food sensitivity tests, and mineral/nutrient assessments to identify imbalances that could be contributing to your symptoms. These tests provide deeper insights than standard medical labs.

  • No, I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication. Instead, I help you understand your body better, make informed decisions, and work alongside your healthcare providers for a well-rounded approach to wellness.

  • Definitely! I encourage collaboration with medical professionals and can help you ask the right questions, interpret results, and complement medical treatments with holistic support.

  • Most of my clients have spent years trying different approaches, wasting money on supplements that don’t work, and feeling frustrated with dead-end doctor visits. What I offer is a structured, proven process to help you understand what’s happening in your body and make real progress.

My coaching program ranges between $497-$4997 depending on individual needs and support.

I do offer payment plans to make this more accessible.

  • Unfortunately, functional or holistic nutrition coaching is usually considered an out-of-pocket service, though you may be able to use HSA/FSA funds. Your insurance can typically cover the cost of blood labs but it depends on your insurance provider.

  • It depends on your individual situation, but many clients start noticing improvements in energy, digestion, and overall well-being within a few weeks. Long-term healing often requires 3–6 months or more of consistent lifestyle adjustments.

  • Not necessarily! My approach is customized to your needs—I help you find a way of eating that supports your health while still being enjoyable and sustainable. It’s about balance, not restriction.

  • But my work is deeply rooted in helping people reconnect with local food systems, seasonal rhythms, and health freedom here in the U.S. Because so much of what I teach is tied to American agriculture, food access, and functional testing logistics, I’ve chosen to focus my one-on-one services on U.S.-based clients.

This allows me to serve more intentionally, more effectively, and without compromising the depth of support I provide.

If you're outside the U.S., you're still welcome to explore my digital products and join any group or membership programs — just keep in mind that much of the content is created through an American lens.

  • You start with an initial consultation where we discuss your health history, symptoms, goals, and potential lab testing. From there, we create a personalized action plan, and I support you through regular coaching sessions to guide and refine your healing journey!
